University of Montana (Missoula, MT) The University of Montana seeks to create a Vietnamese Affairs Program that will provide student and faculty exchanges with Vietnam. The program will also offer degree and non-degree training to Vietnamese faculty and to develop programming on Vietnam and U.S.-Vietnamese relations ranging from trade and health care to contemporary strategic issues, the environment, human rights and legal reform. This request will fund a one-time grant that will be used to promote exchange of students and faculty. This is a new program; the University has not previously sought funding for this program. |
