Tester Statement on Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt

(U.S. Senate) – Senator Jon Tester today issued the following statement after the United States Supreme Court overturned a Texas law that limited women’s access to health care:

“Today’s landmark decision is a win for women all across this nation and a message to those who stand between a woman and her doctor: limiting this access is unconstitutional and it’s wrong. I will continue to fight so Montana women have access to health care and the freedom to make their own health care decisions.”
