Tester Statement on Reports EPA has Worked to Discredit Butte Scientists

U.S. Senator Jon Tester released the following statement on reports that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has worked to discredit scientists in Butte:

“EPA needs to be accountable to the people of Butte and do whatever it takes to clean things up. That’s why I supported EPA leadership’s decision to investigate recent reports of inappropriate behavior. I will hold anyone accountable to ensure this community receives answers and will continue to fight for the cleanup the folks in Butte deserve.”
