Hi-Line Today: $4 million secured for public safety in Montana.

U.S. Senator Jon Tester has secured over 4 million dollars in funding to improve public safety in Montana.

In 2023, Rocky Mountain High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task forces seized a total of nearly 400 thousand dosage units of fentanyl in Montana.

Just over 3 million dollars of this funding will be allocated to the Montana Board of Crime Control while the remaining sum will go to the Department of Justice.
