Hi-Line Today: Tester and Rubio release bipartisan bill aimed at vet mental health

U.S. Senator Jon Tester along with Senator Marco Rubio of Florida recently introduced the Improving Access to Maternal Health for Military and Dependent Moms Act, a bipartisan bill that would improve maternal healthcare for service members, military spouses and veterans.

The bipartisan legislation would require the Department of Defense to provide Congress with a comprehensive study on access to maternal heath care within TRICARE for service members, retirees and their dependents. TRICARE provides healthcare services for active duty members, Guard and Reserve Members, military retirees and their families.
