Tester Statement on Independence Day

(BUTTE, Mont.) – Senator Jon Tester today released the following statement celebrating the 4th of July:

“Two-hundred and forty years ago our founding fathers declared our freedom from tyranny and today we celebrate that liberty. Since then, Montana’s brave men and women have stood up to defend our country and our values. Today we thank all those who have served and remember that we can never take our freedom for granted.”
