Tester Statement on Labor Negotiations at Imerys in Three Forks

(Big Sandy, Mont.)—U.S. Senator Jon Tester today issued the following statement after Imerys ordered union workers out of their place of employment in Three Forks:

“Imerys needs to unlock its doors and get back to the negotiating table. Folks in Three Forks deserve fair wages and benefits, and I’ll hold the company accountable to ensure it delivers.”
